The 2019 Oakland County Fairbook is available on line and if you would like a printed copy they are available in the Fair Office for $10.
Shooting Sports Participants- Archery will be held on June 24 from 2-4 pm, Rifle & Shotgun on June 25 beginning at 4:30 pm.
Attention Swine Exhibitors- The booster shot for the swine will be given on Sunday May 19 from 9 am to noon. If you are a livestock club member you can get your booster shot at the beginning of the club meeting. If you cannot come on May 19 you must contact Jackie Scramlin or Kevin Scramlin
Online Entries- Online entries will be open April 27.
Discovery Day- April 27th.-
All market sheep, swine, goats and prospect calves must have verification of ownership by Discovery
Day of the current year. Official tagging will take place at the Fairgrounds on Discovery Day from
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for the 2019 Fair. All animals must have an official, permanent ear tag in
order to be shown. Once the ear tag is placed it may not be removed for any reason. If you have any
problems with the tag (falls out, lost, etc.) you must contact your species superintendent
ANIMALS NOT VERIFIED (TAGGED) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
LIVESTOCK AUCTION AT THE FAIR.
The exhibitors may tag an extra animal if available only at tag in
to accommodate any unforeseen problems or accidents. Note: First year exhibitors must meet all
ownership requirements for their species and must have animals tagged no later than the June 3
Fair entry deadline and must call the Fair Office to arrange for tagging
Horse and Dog Verification forms are due without penalty by April 27. Forms are available on the forms and application tab.
