- You must enter on line using our web site:
www.oakfair.org on line registration will
open no later than April 27, 2020. On line
registration payments may be made by
credit card, cash or check.
- You must create a new account this year.
- Clubs must have their own registration and
need to register using the TEAM option.
- Entries must be received in the Fair Office
by June 1, 2020 to avoid any late fees.
- If you do not have access to the internet,
you may come to the fair office and use the
computers in the office. Evening hours will
be available by appointment.
- SHOWORKS is our on line registration tool.
Any non-exhibit class items may be purchased
on line by through our fair web site using the
Tickets and Deals tab or in the Fair Office.
June 1, 2020-date entries must be received in
the Fair Office to avoid late fee.
June 2-8 2020-on line entries received and
accepted in the Fair Office with a $40.00 late
JUNE 8, 2020-LAST DATE ENTRIES WILL BE
RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED.
Postmarks will not be used to determine if
your payment is on time.

Five to Seven-year-old exhibitors may choose
to show competitively in specified classes.
Please review General Rules and each
Department to determine what classes are
eligible. Non-Competitive 5-7-year-old
exhibitors still register for Department 91
FIRST YEAR EXHIBITORS
First year exhibitors must meet all ownership
requirements for their species and must submit
required verification forms no later than the
June 1, 2020 deadline.
MEGA PASS AND GRANDSTAND ARENA PASS
Mega Pass: $65.00 if purchased by July 1, 2020.
$75.00 if purchased after July 1, 2020.
Grandstand Pass: $40.00 per person, good for
all Grandstand Shows, sale ends July 4

NEW CLASSES AND DEPARTMENT
Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning
box stall, pen or cage before checking out
and leaving the grounds. Failure to comply
will result in a $50.00 per box stall, pen or
cage cleaning fee charged to the exhibitor.
Broiler Rate of Gain birds must be ordered on
Discovery Day at the Livestock Barn from 9:00
am-1:00 pm and picked up Saturday, May 30th
at Hamilton’s of Ortonville.
Market Ducks will remain on the grounds until
after the Small Animal Auction
Multiple check-in/check-out times available;
exhibitor must select a check-in and check-out
class in Division 00 (for details, see Horse Daily
Schedule and Department 16, 17 and 18,
Division 00) required
Entry to class based on age eliminated, age
based splits will be determined by
superintendent based on entries.
Expanded horse classes, including “baby green”,
jumping, dressage fitting and showmanship,
dressage suitability (under saddle), and ranch

Each exhibitor that sells at the 2020 Auction
will be asked to work prior to the Fair on
Fairground projects for 2 hours at scheduled
