Before You Pick Up Your Check
To receive your Market Livestock Auction check, each exhibitor must have completed their buyer thank you notes.
Exhibitors may:
Confirm that buyer thank you notes have already been personally delivered or mailed.
OR
Bring completed, addressed thank you notes to check pick-up. Please DO NOT stamp the envelopes. The Fair Office will mail them.
About Your Check
Checks distributed on August 16 will reflect payments received and cleared from buyers at that time.
If a buyer’s payment has not yet been received or cleared, that portion will not be included in the initial check. Any remaining balance will be paid to the exhibitor once the buyer’s payment has been received and cleared.
A Note About Thank You Notes
Our auction buyers make an important investment in Oakland County Fair youth and their livestock projects. A thoughtful thank you note is an important part of completing the auction experience and showing appreciation for their support.
